Sorry, due to the influence of the COVID-19, you can only choose shipping by ship. It will take 2~3 months to arrive.

International shipping for Asia

Now shipping to Hong Kong, South Korea, China, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Macao, Indonesia, and the Philippines by Japan Post EMS.

Orders will be posted within 7 days of the order being placed (unless otherwise stated.) Please be careful when entering your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery will be made by Japan Post EMS (International Express Mail: delivery time 2 to 4 days) for Asia. Delivery times may take up to 30 days, depending on factors such as destination, customs clearance, weather changes, and peak periods. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays. Damage or loss during the transportation is subject to the terms of service of the shipping company.

The goods will be delivered to your country by Japan Post, passed through customs and delivered to your country's postal service. If the delivery is late, we recommend that you check with your country's postal service. If you do not receive your order after the expected delivery date, please notify us within three weeks of the expected delivery date.

Fees and Payment

Payment can be made by credit card payment, PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay. Payment will be confirmed at the time of placing an order for a product. Changing the payment method after placing an order is not supported by the viewpoint of personal information protection. Order cancellations and changes cannot be accepted. Please note it in advance.

The selling price is the price (excluding tax) displayed for each product. Separate duties and taxes may apply in addition to the product price and shipping charges, and these fees will be borne by the customer and paid to your home country. If customs duties are applied, you can receive the goods after paying the tax. Information on customs duties is available at the relevant customs office, so we cannot provide you with accurate information. For more information on customs duties, payment methods and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

Return Product

MIHANALY is a small, artist-owned business, please keep in mind that returns cannot be made.

 if the products are defective or different from the order, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. A photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging with all labels visible is required to be sent to MIHANALY with the report.

 After the product arrives, we will refund it.


We will consider product protection first and pack it.
