Coral collection
Coral collection is a hand-built earthenware works inspired by beautiful white weathered corals. It has a stone-like texture and a creamy, matte white color. I coiled the clay with my hands in a gentle rhythm, after the shape is completed, the soil is further layered to express the pattern and texture one by one. After that, it's fired at a high temperature without the glaze. The unglazed pottery is called Yakishime in Japanese. You can directly feel imperfect beauty from it and harmony with nature.
